❌ Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements, vitamins, and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure:

  • Hygiene standards

  • Authenticity of supplements

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. 

  • A 30% deduction will apply on returns to cover handling, shipping, and restocking costs.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product was missing from your order

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Product must be unused and unopened
